These terms describe the basic rules for using the RentalMaster.co website and rental management platform.

You may use RentalMaster for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of fleet, pricing, customer, and reservation data entered into the platform.
You are responsible for protecting account access, administrator permissions, OAuth credentials, API keys, and environment secrets. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The platform helps manage reservation requests, fleet and customer data, notifications, and operational statuses. Your rental terms, payments, deposits, insurance, taxes, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws remain your responsibility.
Some features depend on third-party hosting, databases, Google services, email, SMS, maps, calendars, or storage. Their availability and terms are outside our direct control.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, configuration errors, or network issues may affect access.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentalMaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
